What is SchoolSuitPk?
SchoolSuitPk is a complete school management software for Pakistan. It brings fees, attendance, exams, admissions, payroll, accounts, transport, library, a parent and teacher mobile app and AI tools into one system for schools, colleges, academies and school chains.
How much does SchoolSuitPk cost?
Pricing depends on the number of students, campuses and modules you need. Request a quote and we will share a price that fits your school, with no hidden charges.
Do we need to install anything or buy a server?
No. SchoolSuitPk runs online in any browser, and parents and teachers use the mobile app. There is nothing to install and no server to buy.
Can SchoolSuitPk manage more than one campus?
Yes. It is built for multi-campus school systems, with clusters, campus-level admins and head-office reports across all branches.
Is our school data safe?
Each user sees only what their role allows, every campus is kept separate, and the system includes backups. Your data belongs to your school.
Can you move our existing data into SchoolSuitPk?
Yes. Our team helps move your student and fee records during setup, and fee data can be uploaded from a CSV file.
Does SchoolSuitPk work in Urdu?
The interface supports multiple languages, and our support team speaks Urdu and English.
Do you provide training?
Yes. We train your admin, accounts and teaching staff during onboarding so the whole school is comfortable using the system.
Questions about specific features
Can SchoolSuitPk print fee challans for any bank?
Yes. Challans are printed with your school's own bank account details, so parents can deposit them at your bank branch or pay at the school counter. More about fee management.
Can teachers mark attendance from a mobile phone?
Yes. Teachers can mark attendance from the SchoolSuitPk mobile app or any browser on a phone, tablet or computer. More about student & staff attendance.
Can we use our own grading system?
Yes. Grades, percentage ranges and remarks are configurable, so the result card follows your school's policy. More about exams & result cards.
Who can use the mobile app?
The app is for parents and teachers. Parents follow their children; teachers mark attendance, post diary entries and manage their classes. More about parent & teacher app.
Can we track admission enquiries before a student joins?
Yes. Admission leads can be recorded and followed up until they convert into admissions. More about admissions & student records.
Can payroll use staff attendance automatically?
Yes. Staff attendance and approved leave are available when payroll is generated. More about payroll & hr.
Does the accounting module include fee income automatically?
Yes. Fee payments recorded in the fee manager appear in income and cash-flow reports. More about accounts & finance.
Can one login see all our branches?
Yes. Super admins and cluster admins see data across the campuses they are responsible for. More about multi-campus & school chains.
Can the AI see all of our school data?
No. The assistant works through the same permissions as the signed-in user, so it only sees what that user may see. More about ai assistant & learning games.
Does it prevent timetable clashes?
Yes. The class routine will not let the same section be given two periods in the same time slot. More about timetable, syllabus & lms.
Can transport fees be added to the monthly challan?
Yes. Transport is a fee head and can be billed with the student's monthly challan. More about transport management.
Is there a separate login for the librarian?
